How does it work?

Looking to book our entire location for a private event such as a bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah, graduation party, or more?
As a unique family venue, we also greatly welcome employee or corporate events such as Christmas events or other celebrations.
Secure a 2-hour window where you and your guests can have all of Hapik to yourselves.
Your guests do not need climbing experience, and there will be fun climbing for all levels thanks to our auto belay devices.
Contact us with your requirements and we will build a custom package that meets your event needs and budget.

What are the weight and age limits for climbing? There is no minimum age, but climbers must weigh between 35lbs and 309lbs.
What if someone is outside the weight limit? Those outside the weight limit can cheer on climbers but cannot participate. Please check with your local center for activities suitable for younger children.
What is the cancellation policy for group outings? You can cancel up to 7 days before your booking time by emailing support@hapik.us. Failure to provide 7 days' notice may result in a credit for future use.
What should the kids wear for climbing? Please have families send closed-toe shoes and avoid dresses, skirts, and dangling jewelry for climbers.
Does everyone have to buy a pass? While everyone is encouraged to partake, passes are only required for climbers. Support adults and other chaperones need not purchase tickets.
What are the safety rules? Safety rules can be found here on our website.
