How a HAPIK Birthday Party Works
📅 Book online in a few clicks
Select your package, your date and time, and your number of guests (additions welcome up to 7 days before the event). Complete payment online, and a confirmation email will follow with all the details you need.
💂 Arrive 15 minutes before the party
Check in at the front desk. Your group will then join the safety briefing and equipment fitting alongside other climbers.
🧗 Then it's time for 60 minutes of climbing, with full access to every wall, challenge, and course.
🎂 Once the climbing concludes, the party table awaits: Your group's dedicated table will be ready — bring your own cake, celebrate with friends, and open gifts, including a complimentary return pass from HAPIK.
A few things to know before booking:
- A parent or guardian must be present.
- No special equipment required — comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are sufficient.
- All safety equipment is provided.
- Packages begin at 8–10 climbers depending on the tier, with the option to add guests up to 7 days before the event.
- Cake is not included — please bring your own. Pizza is included with the EPIC and SUMMIT packages.
- Free, secure lockers are available.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event. Rescheduling is available up to one week before, through your online account.

Practical Information
110 minute sessions with 20 minutes of safety and equipment brief and 90 minutes of climbing that start every 20 minutes.Pre-booking online in advance is highly recommended as capacity in the climbing area is limited for safety reasons.

It was our first visit, and the experience exceeded our expectations. At first, my daughter was a little afraid and only dared to climb a few steps, but little by little, she gained confidence until she reached the top of a wall, which made her feel very proud. We signed up for a membership, and it's truly worth it: it includes admission for three people each month, allowing you to invite your friends and share the experience. We had a blast, and I definitely recommend it.
While it appears to be tailored for kids, Hapik Industry City's indoor climbing gym is made for both kids and adults! There are tons of themed climbs for everyone to try. The best part: each walls have an easy, medium, and hard mode. Therefore, you can adjust the difficulty of your climb to whichever you want.
We went to Hapik with the whole family. It was such a great experience! The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was enough walls for everyone to have a great time. I would highly recommend going to everyone!
I took my family to Hapik, and we all had a fantastic time! My kids, ranging in age from 2½ to 13, loved every minute of it — and so did I. The staff was very friendly, and the attractions were easy for kids to operate while still being super fun and exciting. They would’ve stayed another hour if they could! I highly recommend checking it out — it’s a great place for kids to stay active and have a blast.

Depending on the tier selected and the day and time of booking, for groups of 8 to 10 climbers minimum. Discounted rates apply on school days and after 5pm on weekends. $48.90–$64.90 per climber

Does HAPIK have any age or weight limits?
- Climbers of all ages are welcome, though they must be between 35 lbs and 309 lbs.
- Each wall is thoughtfully crafted to spark independence and playful discovery.

What are the equipment requirements in order to participate?
- Please arrive in comfortable clothing, with your hair tied back, and any jewelry or other accessories stored safely at home or in one of our complimentary lockers.
- No climbing shoes or open toed shoes allowed, please wear comfortable sneakrs.
- No other equipment is necessary, as HAPIK will provide you with a harness, which is all you need to enjoy climbing!

I took my school advisory to Hapik for our advisory day. The children had a FANTASTIC time. There were experiences for athletic and non-athletic children to enjoy. Ahmad was extremely helpful and patient. I will definitely bring a group again. As a matter of fact, I will bring my own child one day too.
