Plan Your Visit
Get ready to enjoy some healthy, action-packed fun
- You can visit your favorite HAPIK climbing gym by simply buying a climbing pass online. Walk-ins are typically welcome, but online reservations are recommended to ensure availability, as our capacity is limited.
- No climbing experience is required because all our climbing walls are equipped with auto belay devices and a safety briefing is conducted at the start of every climbing session.
- Equipment is provided by HAPIK. Just make sure you wear closed toe shoes.
- Climbing is for both children and adults (min weight 35lbs - max 309lbs). Only individuals climbing are required to pay. Guardians that are not climbing can access the arena free of charge to supervise their children. Children must be supervised at all times, as HAPIK staff are there only to offer a helping hand and to support and monitor safety.
- Waivers are required for anyone who enters the arena, both climbers and non-climbers. Make sure you complete your waiver online before your visit to reduce your wait.
- Once you are done climbing, enjoy some rest in our snack bar.

- Pricing is simple. Once you buy a climbing pass, you have access to all the climbing challenges. Please note that some activities have height requirements.
- No equipment or experience required. Climbing is for kids and adults. Weight range 35lbs to 309lbs.
- Since HAPIK is best shared as a family activity, you can benefit from group pricing when at least one adult in your party is climbing.

Soft Play Pass

- Some HAPIK gyms are equipped with a soft play area for mini-climbers who are not yet ready for climbing walls.
- Designed for babies and toddlers, our soft play zone offers space for exploration & fun and allows families to come to HAPIK with kids of different ages.
- Parental supervision required. Free for accompanying adults.
- Maximum height limit for access to soft play is 4 feet.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What are the weight and age limits for climbing? There is no minimum age, but climbers must weigh between 35lbs and 309lbs.
- What if someone is outside the weight limit? Those outside the weight limit can cheer on climbers but cannot participate. Please check with your local center for activities suitable for younger children.
- What is the cancellation policy for standard climbing passes? You can cancel up to 48 hours before your booking time by emailing support@hapik.us. Failure to provide 48 hours' notice may result in a credit for future use.
- What should I wear for climbing? Please wear closed-toe shoes and avoid dresses, skirts, and dangling jewelry for climbers.
- Does everyone have to buy a pass? While everyone is encouraged to partake, passes are only required for climbers. You are welcome to support them from the ground.
- What are the safety rules? Safety rules can be found here on our website.

- How does HAPIK work for first-time visitors? All attendees must complete a Hapik Waiver. Check in with our reception team, receive a wristband, and attend a safety briefing before climbing.
- Do I need a reservation? Reservations are not required but strongly recommended to ensure availability and avoid disappointment if the facility is at capacity or there is a private event.
- Who needs to sign a waiver and who can sign it? Everyone entering a Hapik facility must have a valid waiver. Children require an adult to sign on their behalf.
- Can I leave my child alone at HAPIK? Children remain your responsibility at all times, we recommend adult supervision.
- How early should I arrive for a session? You do not need to come earlier. Arrive at the time of your booking and allow for 20 minutes of briefing and equipment.
