How a HAPIK Birthday Party Works
📅 Book online in a few clicks
Select your package, your date and time, and your number of guests (additions welcomed - we will confirm any changes a week before the event). Complete payment online, and a confirmation email will follow with all the details you need.
💂 Arrive 15 minutes before the party
Check in at the front desk. Your group will then join the safety briefing and equipment fitting.
🧗 Then it's time for 60 minutes of climbing, with full access to every wall, challenge, and course (height requirements may vary for Ropes Course and Soft Play).
🎂 When the climbing wraps up, your dedicated party table will be ready — reserved for your group from start to finish. Food options vary by package, or bring your own, including cake. Celebrate with friends and family, open gifts, and enjoy a free return pass from HAPIK. Your party host is on hand throughout, so you can relax and enjoy the moment.
A few things to know before booking:
- A parent or guardian must be present.
- No special equipment required — comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are required.
- All safety equipment is provided.
- Packages begin at 6 climbers depending on the tier, with the option to make changes to a week before.
- Bring your own cake or add-on cupcakes. Pizza is included with the EPIC package.
- Free, secure lockers are available.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event. Rescheduling is available up to one week before, through your online account.

140 minute sessions with 20 minutes of briefing and equipment and 120 minutes of climbing starting every 20 minutes.Pre-reservations online in advance are recommended as capacity in the climbing area is limited.

Highly recommend!! My 7 and almost 4 year of loved it!!! The wrist band “hunt” was perfect for my competitive 7 year old!! Gave her a mission to complete which was great!! Bri was so friendly and so helpful. Between her and the young man helping with harnesses, I was pleasantly surprised with the attention they were able to give me and all the kiddos and parents.
I have 3 older school-aged children and a toddler that is too young for the main activities but they have a separate section for parents with toddlers and they have workers constantly walking around and helping out those that are rock climbing. Every single one of my children had an absolute blast. The employees are super kid friendly and the facility is extra clean and organized. Thanks for a great family experience! We will be back again.
Great experience. Kids had a great time, and the manager and staff went out of their way to make sure we had a fun (and safe!) time. The facility was clean and well kept for an indoor children’s play area as well. We will definitely be back.
My girl celebrated her 6th birthday here. It was our first time and the kids had a blast. Brianna was our party helper and checked in let us know times and if we needed anything. Super sweet and helpful. The soft play area was nice to have for my 16month old while the two older ones climbed. Variety of walls to climb for different levels and really help the kids use so many skills! Will def want to come back!

Depending on the tier selected and the day and time of booking, for groups of 8 to 10 climbers minimum. Discounted rates apply on school days and after 5pm on weekends. From $21.90 per climber

What are your weight and age requirements?

Do I need to bring anything with me in order to climb?

- Please wear comfy clothes, ensure long hair is tied back, and leave jewelry or accessories safely at home, or stowed away in one of our free lockers.
- Climbing shoes aren't required, but closed-toe footwear is a must for your safety and enjoyment.

The experience was awesome. Everyone had a great time. This was not my first trip, but it was the first time I have seen a “rescue.” A child, not in my group, got scared half way through the upper lever ropes course. One of the workers had himself hooked up with carabiners and over to the child in no time. He talked to the child and helped them down in a very calm and peaceful way. It almost felt like a super hero came to the rescue. The facility in itself was amazing as well.
