Fun & safe rock climbing for everyone starting age 4. No climbing experience required.
2 hours party:
- 30min welcome and safety briefing. All equipment supplied by Hapik but wear closed shoes.
- 1hr of fun climbing with open access to all the climbing walls & challenges with Hapik staff at hand to help.
- 30min of cake / snack time.
Keep it simple and book online for 10 climbers only and finalize your guest list 1 week before with us over the phone. For more than 19 climbers, please call or email at southgate@hapik.us. Booking can be canceled until 1 week before. 20% off on school days and late sessions on weekends.
We will start setting up your party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time.

What's included
Let's make it easy and great!
- Reserved table for 2 hours with a shared party host who will take care of table set up and clean up. Table cover, plates, cups and spoons by Hapik. Extra decoration possible but subject to center manager approval.
- Food & drinks: Unlimited water & apple juice by Hapik and you can bring your own cake. For the rest, you can create your own menu with our add-ons (cup cakes, pizza, fruit plates...) or you can bring your own food with an additional fee.
- Invitation cards ready to print and online invitation.
- Free ticket to come back for the birthday kid.
- All guests (climbers and non climbers) must have a waiver on file. It can be signed online (ideal to skip the line) or at the park.

- Need a meal for your climbers? You can order pizza, cupcakes, and cotton candy ala carte to serve after climbing is over.
- Looking for a drink upgrade? We offer a variety of 2L sodas to choose from for climbers looking for extra choices.
- Climbing themed gift bags for all of your birthday guests including a key chain, pencil, stickers, button, and candy.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What is the cancellation policy for parties? To receive a refund, you must cancel your party at least one week in advance.
- What happens if I don't book the right number of climbers for my party? We will send you a form about a week before your party where you can adjust the number of climbers. We recommend booking for more initially and adjusting closer to the date for a refund. Reducing the number of climbers will be refunded providing you give 48 hours notice any reductions made after this time will be credited for future use.
- What should I wear to a party? Casual clothing and closed-toe shoes are required for climbers. Please avoid dresses or skirts. We provide all necessary climbing equipment.
- Can I bring a cake if I'm not booking a birthday party package? Yes, you can bring a cake, but please note there is an Outside Food Fee of $50 and will not have access to one of our designated party tables.

- What is included in the party package? We handle setup and cleanup, provide necessary training and equipment, and include standard tablecloths, paper plates, plastic cups, utensils, unlimited apple juice, and water. Additional extras can be added during checkout or when we send your party detail confirmation form about a week before your party.
- Can I bring in other food if I pay the outside food fee? Yes, you may bring in outside food, but please consider allergies of other guests.
- How do I confirm party details and add extras after booking online? We will send you a birthday party detail confirmation form where you can confirm the number of climbers, pizzas, and any additional add-ons.
- How early can I arrive for a party? As the booking holder, you can arrive 15 minutes before your party start time. Guests should arrive at the party start time.
