Let's make it easy and great!
- Reserved table for 2 hours with a shared party host who will take care of table set up and clean up. Table cover, plates, cups and spoons by Hapik. Extra decoration possible but subject to center manager approval.
- Food & drinks: Unlimited water & apple juice by Hapik and you can bring your own cake. For the rest, you can create your own menu with our add-ons (cup cakes, pizza, fruit plates...) or you can bring your own food with an additional fee.
- Invitation cards ready to print and online invitation.
- Free ticket to come back for the birthday kid.
- All guests (climbers and non climbers) must have a waiver on file. It can be signed online (ideal to skip the line) or at the park.
Premium Birthday Party
All-inclusive party to take your experience to the next level.

Booking and cancellation process
Reserve your party risk free with our flexible process
Cancel your reservation with 7 or more days’ notice, and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable but can be rescheduled until the day before the event.
Our booking process is easy and 100% online:
- Select a birthday package and pick a date and a time
- Estimate a number of climbers (You may add/remove tickets to your party booking through your online account up to 7 days before the party is scheduled. After that, you can do changes by contacting us.)
- Select add-ons if required
- Share with us limited information such as name and age of the birthday kid
- Pay online the deposit through our secure system
Preparation for the party
Manage your party guest list and add-ons in advance
Your party can be managed after purchase with your Online Account:
- Sign in to your online account at hapik.us.
- Click on my tickets in the upper right hand corner
- Under the Who's coming? section, you can add a message to all guests.
- You can then invite party guests using the unique invitation link. The link can be shared via email, message, social media or other preferred communication methods.
- In the leadup to the party, you can see all guests who have RSVP'd and who has signed their waivers.
- Note: All guests must sign a waiver, whether or not they plan to climb.
- One week before the event, you will receive a booking reminder email with a reminder to revisit your original booking confirmation and fill out the Birthday Party Details Confirmation form for any last minute changes to your number of guests and other add-ons.
On the day of the party
- Casual clothing and closed-toe shoes are required for climbers. Tie long hair. Please avoid dresses or skirts. No climbing equipment is required.
- We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time.
- All your guests will need to arrive at your party start time to check-in, verify waivers and receive wristbands. Extra guests can be accepted based on gym capacity.
- Once checked-in, climbers are gathered in the briefing area so that our staff can put harnesses on and conduct a safety briefing. It is also a good time to take a group photo.
- After briefing, it is climbing time. Hapik staff is present in the climbing arena to clip climbers on the different climbing walls. Climbers remain under parents supervision. During climbing time, your table is reserved and one can take a rest at anytime.
- After 60 minutes of climbing it is table time. Your party host will bring pizza and food if applicable and is here to help.
- Once the time is up, your host will take care of the cleaning.
- After the party, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance and anything added during the party.
