What are the weight and age limits for climbing? There is no minimum age, but climbers must weigh between 35lbs and 309lbs.
What if someone is outside the weight limit? Those outside the weight limit can cheer on climbers but cannot participate. Please check with your local center for activities suitable for younger children.
What is the cancellation policy for date night drop off passes? You can cancel up to 48 hours before your booking time by emailing support@hapik.us. Failure to provide 48 hours' notice may result in a credit for future use.
What should my child wear for climbing? Please send them with closed-toe shoes and avoid dresses, skirts, and dangling jewelry for climbers.
