Please remember:
The number 1 rule: always clip in before climbing.
For children under the age of 16, presence of a parent or legal guardian in the facility is mandatory. You must be 18 years old in order to sign a waiver. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior in the facility.
Ask the HAPIK team if you need help clipping in.
For your first climb, start with a 6ft descent test.
No running in the facility.
Don’t stay under a climber who is ascending.
Long hair must be tied.
No Jewelry, watches, phones, coins, and key chains in the pockets when using the facilities. If you need to store personal belongings, individual lockers are available on the premises.
No high heels and no open-toe shoes of any kind while using attractions. Sporty/athletic footwear is recommended.
If you do need to use the bathroom, take your harness off and have a HAPIK staff member always check it before you start climbing again.
