PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

The Team Member works directly with guests, ensuring a great experience while enforcing HAPIK safety standards. 

They may be assigned duties in one or more area at the center at management discretion. 

• Reception and snacking area.

• Orientation briefing and equipment. 

• Climbing zone or ropes course supervision.

• Parties and events host.

General responsibilities for all positions include, but are not limited to:

• Customer Service: 

• Providing great customer experience

• Assisting guests with enquiries and processing transactions.

• Health & Safety:

• Maintaining a safe environment

• Adhere to safety guidelines in all tasks

• Operations:

• Delivering efficient day-to-day operations

• Maintaining a clean environment and ensure the Center is presentable.

• Performing tasks in their assigned area, ensuring service efficiency.

• Assist with the execution of events or activities in their designated area

• Creating a strong Team culture

• Business & Profitability

• Developing Park sales.

• Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock in your area and report discrepancies to management.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong customer service skills. Customer Service and Retail Sales experience preferred.

• Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in various area of the Center.

• Work authorization required.

• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.

• Knowledge of rock climbing is a plus

JOB DETAILS

• Job location: in person. Job type: non-exempt. Part-time

• Pay: from $12-$17 per hour (depending on location)

• Availability on weekends, holidays and school holidays as needed

• Flexible scheduling: options for flexible work hours, especially during non-peak seasons
