Booking and cancellation process
Reserve your party risk free with our flexible process
Cancel your reservation with 7 or more days’ notice, and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable but can be rescheduled until the day before the event.
Our booking process is easy and 100% online:
- Select a birthday package and pick a date and a time
- Estimate a number of climbers (You may add/remove tickets to your party booking through your online account up to 7 days before the party is scheduled. After that, you can do changes by contacting us.)
- Select add-ons if required
- Share with us limited information such as name and age of the birthday kid
- Pay online the deposit through our secure system
- Make all your guests (climbers AND observers) signed a waiver online with a direct link
Once the booking is made, the HAPIK team will get in touch with you around a week before the event to review all the information and make required changes.
On the day of the party
- Casual clothing and closed-toe shoes are required for climbers. Tie long hair. Please avoid dresses or skirts. No climbing equipment is required.
- We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time.
- All your guests will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time (make sure to include this on your invites!) This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verify waivers and receive wristbands. Extra guests can be accepted based on gym capacity.
- Once checked-in, climbers are gathered in the briefing area so that our staff can put harnesses on and conduct a safety briefing. It is also a good time to take a group photo.
- After briefing, it is climbing time. Hapik staff is present in the climbing arena to clip climbers on the different climbing walls. Climbers remain under parents supervision. During climbing time, your table is reserved and one can take a rest at anytime.
- After 60 minutes of climbing it is table time. Your party host will bring pizza and food if applicable and is here to help.
- Once the time is up, your host will take care of the cleaning.
- After the party, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance and anything added during the party.

Our helper, Moya, went above and beyond to help the kids with the safety gears, climbing, pouring the apple juice and water, cutting the ice cream cakes, passing out Popeyes. While one of my sons was going through the zipline maze, he was feeling apprehensive on the sky course. Moya went up all the way to the top to encourage my boy through the maze.
