Birthday Party Packages
For you: a stress-free event including an activity and dedicated table time for snacks.
For them: a fun and original activity to burn off energy and have a blast with friends.
2 hour packages: 20-minute safety & equipment briefing, 1 hour of climbing, and 40 minutes for snacks.
Booking/Cancellation: reserve your desired date and time through our online booking platform. Reschedule or cancel up to 1 week before the date through your online account.
Preparation: Use your online account to manage your guest list, send invitations, waivers, and other relevant info.
On the Day: You may arrive 15 minutes before the party to set up your table. Guests should plan to arrive at the scheduled time to allow for 20 minutes of equipment briefing, 60 minutes of climbing, and 40 minutes of table time.
Kids Groups
We offer competitive rates for schools (DOE vendor), as well as community groups. From age 4+ with a minimum of 10 climbers.

- Climb for up to 90 minutes, with open access to our walls, ropes courses, and vertical challenges.
- If you'd like, there is a snacking area for a meal. Outside food requires a small fee, or you can purchase ala carte from our menu.

Are there age and weight restrictions when climbing?
- With no minimum age requirement anyon from 35 lbs to 309 lbs can join in on the fun.
- Our vibrant climbing walls are crafted to spark independent play and imaginative discovery.
- Plus, adults are welcome to scale new heights alongside friends, family, or colleagues—making every climb a shared experience!
How safe is this activity for children?
- Your safety is at the heart of everything we do at HAPIK.
- Every climber, young or old, is secured with our state-of-the-art automatic belay system—simply clip in and climb with confidence.
- When you reach the top, the system gently lowers you back down for a smooth, worry-free descent.
- Before your session begins, our friendly team provides a full safety briefing, guiding you through the equipment and making sure everyone feels at ease.
- We’re right there throughout your climb, ready to help whenever needed—so you can relax, knowing your family's adventure is safe, supported, and all about building their confidence.
Are there any specific equipment requirements?
- No, we provide everything you need in order to enjoy your climb.
- During your safetfy briefing, you will be fitted with a harness, which is all you need!
- Note: Please wear comfortable clothing with your hair tied back, with all jewelry and other accesories stored safely away.
- No open toed shoes or climbing shoes.
Is HAPIK a suitable activity for beginners?
- Absolutely! It's perfect for first-timers and seasoned adventurers alike.
