The main terms & conditions are the following:

Membership is charged automatically each month with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Members can cancel their membership at any time after their three month minimum commitment by logging into their online account, selecting 'My Tickets,' then select their membership, and clicking cancel.
Membership reservation availability may be limited due to center capacity restrictions. Book online to be sure to get your spot.
There are no black out dates and your membership can be used throughout the day. Check center operations hours.

Can I apply my climbing pass to a membership? Yes, you can apply your individual climbing pass towards a membership, provided you upgrade on the day of the climb.
What is the cancellation policy for memberships? Memberships can be cancelled any time after their initial three month commitment by logging into their online account and clicking cancel membership.
What is the commitment for memberships and when is it billed? Hapik memberships are billed monthly from the day of purchase until cancellation. The minimum commitment is 3 months. You can cancel before this period ends, but a minimum of 3 months' charges will apply.
How do I find available times with my membership? You can check availability and book online using your membership code to avoid disappointment if your center is at capacity or there are sudden changes in opening hours.
