Looking to host a private event, whether it be a bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah, graduation party, or other large group celebration?
1.5 hours of fun = have the entire climbing arena all to yourselves for the duration of your event!
No equipment or climbing experience required thanks to our automatic belay system. Please just wear closed-toe shoes.
Children must be supervised at all times. Parents or chaperones are responsible for any children they are supervising.

Private use of our center for 1.5 hours for $1,100 which includes 50 climbers. Please fill out this form to inquire about larger groups.
Hapik staff onhand who will provide safety training and assist with event setup.
All guests (climbers and non climbers) must have a waiver on file. It can be signed online or at the center.
You can cancel your booking until 2 weeks before by sending an email to ridgehill@hapik.us
Special Note: Booking a private event grants you exclusive access to our climbing arena, not the entire facility. This ensures an intimate and focused climbing experience for your group. However, please be aware that other guests might be arriving during the last 15 minutes of your morning event or departing during the initial phase of your evening session. We prioritize your enjoyment and ensure minimal disruption.
