Booking/Cancellation: reserve your desired date and time through our online booking platform. Reschedule or cancel up to 1 week before the date through your online account.
Preparation: Use your online account to manage your guest list, send invitations, waivers, and other relevant info.
On the Day: You may arrive 15 minutes before the party to set up your table. Guests should plan to arrive at the scheduled time to allow for 20 minutes of equipment briefing, 60 minutes of climbing, and 40 minutes of table time.
Kids Groups
We offer competitive rates for schools (DOE vendor), as well as community groups. From age 4+ with a minimum of 10 climbers.
- Arrive at the time of your booking to allow for 20 minutes of safety & equipment briefing for all climbers.
- Climb for up to 90 minutes, with open access to our walls, ropes courses, and vertical challenges.
- If you'd like, there is a snacking area for a meal. Outside food requires a small fee, or you can purchase ala carte from our menu.

Does HAPIK have any age or weight limits?
- Climbers of all ages are welcome, though they must be between 35 lbs and 309 lbs.
- Each wall is thoughtfully crafted to spark independence and playful discovery.
- And don't be shy adults! Bring your friends, family, or colleagues and experience the thrill of climbing as a group!
Is climbing safe for children?
- At HAPIK, safety comes first for every climber, no matter their age.
- Our state-of-the-art automatic self-belay system easily clips onto your harness, giving you the freedom to climb confidently and enjoy a gentle, secure descent every time you reach the top.
- Before your session begins, our friendly team will guide you through a comprehensive safety briefing, demonstrating exactly how the equipment operates and staying nearby to support you throughout your climb.
- Relax and watch your child scale new heights with confidence. Our experience is designed so both kids and adults can feel completely at ease from the very first step.
What are the equipment requirements in order to participate?
- Please arrive in comfortable clothing, with your hair tied back, and any jewelry or other accessories stored safely at home or in one of our complimentary lockers.
- No climbing shoes or open toed shoes allowed, please wear comfortable sneakrs.
- No other equipment is necessary, as HAPIK will provide you with a harness, which is all you need to enjoy climbing!
What experience level is this activity suitable for?
- HAPIK is a perfect place for new and seasoned climbers alike.
- Our climbing walls are designed to welcome everyone, starting with the friendly “first climb zone” featuring generous, easy-to-grip holds, all the way up to exciting, more challenging routes as you grow in confidence.
- Staff will always be on hand nearby, ready with helpful briefings and support whenever you need it.
- At HAPIK, there’s no experience necessary. Just bring your sense of adventure and we’ll take care of the rest!
