Birthday Party Packages

Booking/Cancellation: reserve your desired date and time through our online booking platform. Reschedule or cancel up to 1 week before the date through your online account.
Preparation: Use your online account to manage your guest list, send invitations, waivers, and other relevant info.
On the Day: You may arrive 15 minutes before the party to set up your table. Guests should plan to arrive at the scheduled time to allow for 20 minutes of equipment briefing, 60 minutes of climbing, and 40 minutes of table time.
Kids Groups
We offer competitive rates for schools, as well as community groups. From age 4+ with a minimum of 10 climbers.
- Arrive at the time of your booking to allow for 20 minutes of safety & equipment briefing for all climbers.
- Climb for up to 90 minutes, with open access to our walls, ropes courses, and vertical challenges.
- If you'd like, there is a snacking area for a meal. Outside food requires a small fee, or you can purchase ala carte from our menu.

What are your weight and age requirements?
- As long as climbers weigh between 35 lbs and 309 lbs, they're safe to enjoy the activity! No age requirement necessary.
- Each vibrant climbing wall is crafted to spark imagination and ignite a passion for discovery.
- And better yet? Adults are encouraged to join in on the fun too, making unforgettable memories with friends, family, or colleagues!
Is the activity suitable for beginners?
- HAPIK is absolutely perfect for beginners!
- Our climbing walls offer a welcoming start in the First Climb Zone, featuring wide, easy-to-grip holds and further routes that progress at your pace.
- Our friendly team is always nearby to guide you, support your climb, and cheer you on every step of the way.
- No previous experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm, and get ready for an unforgettable experience.
Do I need to bring anything with me in order to climb?
- Everything you need for your session is included—just bring yourself and your sense of adventure!
- We'll provide a comfortable harness and all necessary equipment, so you can focus on making the most of your climb at Hapik.
- Please wear comfy clothes, ensure long hair is tied back, and leave jewelry or accessories safely at home, or stowed away in one of our free lockers.
- Climbing shoes aren't required, but closed-toe footwear is a must for your safety and enjoyment.
