Birthday Party Packages

Booking/Cancellation: reserve your desired date and time through our online booking platform. Reschedule or cancel up to 1 week before the date through your online account.
Preparation: Use your online account to manage your guest list, send invitations, waivers, and other relevant info.
On the Day: You may arrive 15 minutes before the party to set up your table. Guests should plan to arrive at the scheduled time to allow for 20 minutes of equipment briefing, 60 minutes of climbing, and 40 minutes of table time.
Kids Groups
We offer competitive rates for schools (DOE vendor), as well as community groups. From age 4+ with a minimum of 10 climbers.
- Arrive at the time of your booking to allow for 20 minutes of safety & equipment briefing for all climbers.
- Climb for up to 90 minutes, with open access to our walls, ropes courses, and vertical challenges.
- If you'd like, there is a snacking area for a meal. Outside food requires a small fee, or you can purchase ala carte from our menu.

Are there any climbing age and weight requirements?
- There is no minimum age, but climbers must weigh between 35lbs and 309lbs.
- Each wall is specifically designed to encourage independance and play.
- Adults are also encouraged to climb with their friends, family, or colleagues!
Is the activity suitable for beginners?
- Yes, it's even ideal for a first-time climber.
- Our walls are progressive: from the "first climb zone" with wide, accessible holds to more technical routes.
- Our team members are on hand to brief you and help you unblock if needed.
- At HAPIK, no experience is required. Just the drive to climb and have a good time.
Does HAPIK have any equipment requirements?
- There’s no need to bring a thing, as our team will provide all the equipment you need for your session, including a safety harness.
- Simply arrive dressed in comfortable clothing, with your hair tied back and any jewelry or accessories safely tucked away.
- Please note that climbing shoes aren’t required, but for safety, open-toed shoes are not permitted.
