Birthday Party Packages

- 2 hour stress free event with access to all activities.

Booking/Cancellation: reserve your desired date and time through our online booking platform. Reschedule or cancel up to 1 week before the date through your online account.
Preparation: Use your online account to manage your guest list, send invitations, waivers, and other relevant info.
On the Day: You may arrive 15 minutes before the party to set up your table. Guests should plan to arrive at the scheduled time to allow for 20 minutes of equipment briefing, 60 minutes of climbing, and 40 minutes of table time.
Kids Groups
We offer competitive rates for schools, as well as community groups. From age 4+ with a minimum of 10 climbers.
- Arrive at the time of your booking to allow for 20 minutes of safety & equipment briefing for all climbers.
- Climb for up to 90 minutes, with open access to our walls, ropes courses, and vertical challenges.
- If you'd like, there is a snacking area for a meal. Outside food requires a small fee, or you can purchase ala carte from our menu.

What are the climbing age and weight limits?
- Climbers of any age are welcome, but must weigh between 35 lbs and 309 lbs.
- Each climbing wall is thoughtfully designed to inspire adventure and boost self-assurance, encouraging explorers of every age to conquer new heights in their own time.
- Adults are always encouraged to get involved. Climb side by side with your children, friends, or colleagues, and create cherished memories along the way!
Will my child be safe while climbing?
- Safety is always our top priority level for every single climber involved, no matter their age or experience level.
- We offer innovative automatic self-belay systems, letting you focus on the thrill of the climb while enjoying complete peace of mind.
- Before your adventure begins, our welcoming team leads an engaging, interactive safety briefing, covering all the essentials and staying nearby to offer encouragement and guidance every step of the way.
- Whether you’re supporting your child’s achievements or joining them on the wall, our lively, purpose-built arena ensures you always feel safe, comfortable, and inspired from your very first climb.
Are there any specific equipment instructions?
- Please arrive in comfortable clothing, with your hair tied back, and any and all jewelry or accessories tucked safely away.
- Climbing shoes are not required (or encouraged), but we do ask that you wear closed toed shoes.
- All other equipment will be provided for you by HAPIK to enjoy a good climb!
Is climbing a suitable activity for beginners?
- Of course! We invite everyone to try climbing at HAPIK, whether it's their first time or they're seasoned pros.
- Ease into it with our “first climb zone,” where our welcoming grips and gentle routes set the stage for a confident start.
- As you continue to warm up, move on to more dynamic climbs at your own pace.
- If you have any difficulties, our friendly team is always nearby to demonstrate, motivate, and support you every step of the way.
- All you need is drive to try new things; we’ll provide the rest for a family adventure to remember!
